The camp which saw scores of young people will run from August 3rd to 20th, with the aim of teaching participants various swimming techniques.
It was a 2 in 1celebration on Sunday as it was the official closing of the Tobago Heritage Festival and the 172nd marking of Emancipation. The celebrations took the form of a grand street parade from Milford Court to Pigeon Point then a stage production.
