Police shoot and kill would be thief

First Citizens BankA 37 year old Tobago man was killed by police late Wednesday evening. Police sources have indicated that acting on a tip off, at approximately 9p.m. on Wednesday evening, a team of officers went to the First Citizens Bank, at the National Insurance Board (NIB) mall in downtown Scarborough, where they learnt a robbery at the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) was about to take place.
