A Double Murder Rocks Tobago
Saturday, 19 September 2009 17:09

French FortA double murder has rocked Tobago with the discovery of two bodies at French Fort. Dead are two teenagers Kolen Salandy and an unidentified boy. The 2 bodies were discovered by a prayer group at about 10:15 this morning. Sources say it appears the two boys were chopped to death.

Sources say Salandy was last seen in Scarborough going into a car to Patience Hill where he lived. Police have since seized the gold Almera but it is unclear about whether the owner is also being questioned.

Salandy’s parents received a phone call about their son’s body being discovered. Kolen was identified by his mother Cheryl who avoided the media. Colen was a past student of the of the Bishop’s High School who had just received his C-SEC results.

Provoked? That makes it ok? If Tobago continues to go down this road it will no longer be a paradise. Action must be taken.

i think any attempt to change an institution disturbs people's emotions, causing them strongly to resist the change. when, for instance, it is proposed to modernize the constitution of the state, many people see social and cultural changes, as a threat, they think their stability been change.
