http://www.tobagochannel5.com/images/news/videothumbs/news_020110_s1_1.jpgThe man charged of assaulting this country’s former Ms Universe and Ms World representative Kennisha Thom-Selvon and her mother Finita Thom last Monday morning on the Old Milford Road Lowlands appeared in court on Monday.
28 year old Kristoffeson Isaac originally of Les-Couteaux but who now resides in Shirvan Road, appeared before Senior Magistrate Annette Mckenzie in the first Scarborough Magistrates’ Court to answer 2 counts of wanton driving and 1 count of maliciously causing grievous bodily harm. Employed as a Labourer/Driver with the “House of Steel” Limited, Isaac pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He was legally represented by Attorney Anthony Arnold. He was remanded in custody and was advised by magistrate McKenzie to apply to a judge in chambers for bail, which is set in the sum of $100,000. His next court appearance will be on Monday 22nd February.
