And according to the Area Representative Hilton Sandy, the journey has now begun. Mr Sandy stated that this lodge signals development of the area and windward Tobago on a whole. Chief Secretary Orville London said that the building represents substance not just old talk. He continued, stating that this is an entrepreneurial opportunity for the people of Roxborough, Argyle and environs.
The facilities would be used to aid tourism for the area giving tourists a chance to fully experience the tranquility and beauty of nature.
