Minister of National Security Martin Joseph insisted that all the highest ranking officers of the representative organizations come to Tobago to participate in the Talks.
Among the representative organizations were the Acting Commissioner of Police James Philbert, Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Tobago Police Division Allan Crooks, representatives from the Fire Service, Defence Force, Immigration department O.D.P.M and other organizations.
Chief secretary Orville London said that manpower alone cannot address the issue of crime and spoke about additional CCTV cameras that will be installed at various ‘hot spots’ on the island.
